Steve ChapmanSteve Chapman, incumbent

Mr. Chapman is Vice President & Chief Operating Officer of Auxiant, a company which provides professional health benefits administration to employers that self-insure their health plans. Auxiant has offices in Madison, Wis. & Cedar Rapids, Iowa. Mr. Chapman joined the Dupaco Board of Directors in 1988 and has served on numerous board committees and the CUSO board. He has served as chair of the board three times and was also treasurer. He is currently board secretary and also serves on the Personnel, Investment and Salary Savings committees. He is recipient of the 2018 International Credit Union League (ICUL) Cooperative Spirit Award.

Mr. Chapman is a graduate of Loras College and received his MBA degree from the University of Dubuque.

 

Ron MeyersRon Meyers, incumbent

Mr. Meyers has served as principal of Wahlert High School in Dubuque since 2010. Prior to accepting his position at Wahlert, Mr. Meyers filled the role of Assistant Principal/ Dean of Students at Dowling Catholic High School in West Des Moines, Iowa for 3 years. Previously, Mr. Meyers served the Des Moines public school system as a teacher and then as Deputy Director of the Technology Department. He currently serves as chair of Credit/Deliquency  Committee and is secretary/treasurer of CUSO. He previously served on the Nomination and Marketing committees.

Mr. Meyers is a graduate of Loras College and received his Master of Science in Education Administration PK-12 from Drake University.

 

Renee PoppeRenee Poppe, incumbent

Ms. Poppe is Senior Vice President of Customer Service for Medline Industries in Dubuque, Iowa. Medline is the nation’s largest privately held manufacturer and distributor of healthcare products. Ms. Poppe was first elected to the Dupaco Board of Directors in 2010. She currently serves as treasurer of the board, serves on the Marketing and Personnel committees and is the league delegate.  She has previously served as chair, vice-chair, and on the Audit, CUSO, Facilities and Capital Expenditures, and Membership committees. Ms. Poppe is frequently invited by community organizations and business groups to foster discussion on leadership.

She is a graduate of Bethel University in St. Paul, MN.
